Before agreeing to groom a dog, we require our questionnaire to be completed. This questionnaire gives us basic information about your dog which helps us develop a grooming program to suit you. We visually inspect the dog before agreeing to groom. This is purely for health and safety reasons. We explain how your dog will be groomed before starting the grooming process
